While many people associate air quality with outdoor pollution, indoor air quality is equally important, if not more so.

We spend around 90% of our lives indoors - whether at home, in the office, or in other enclosed spaces - making indoor air quality far more influential on our health and well-being.

Poor indoor air quality can cause a variety of health problems, ranging from mild discomfort to serious respiratory conditions. Indoor spaces tend to have higher concentrations of pollutants, but because air quality is invisible, we may not notice it. It's not always detectable by sight, smell, or touch, except in the case of dust or smoke.
